Three Services, Each With a Defined Scope and a Fixed Price
From a single orientation session to an extended coordination engagement — each Quietude service is described in full before you commit, and priced as a complete package.
← Back to HomeHow We Approach Every Engagement
Each Quietude service begins with a written description of what the work will and will not cover. This is not a contract in the legal sense — it is a plain statement of scope that means you know exactly what you are engaging us for before anything starts.
Our methodology across all three services follows the same underlying sequence: understand the current state of your documents, identify what is present and what is absent, work toward a usable and clearly organised output, and produce a written record of what was done. The depth and duration of each stage scales with the service you choose.
At no stage do we advise on entitlements, correspond with institutions on your behalf, or give legal or financial opinions. Where that kind of support is needed, we help you find the right source.
Retirement Paperwork Orientation Session
A three-hour small-group session explaining what the common retirement and provident fund documents are, what each field on a statement means, and how contribution histories are usually structured. The session is educational and informational only — it does not interpret anyone's personal situation, does not provide legal or financial advice, and no representation before any institution is offered.
- Covers EPF statements, employer records, and official correspondence
- Printed workbook and plain-language glossary included
- Personal document checklist to take away
- Small group format — questions welcomed throughout
- No prior knowledge of finance or administration required
- 1. Introduction to document types and terminology
- 2. Walkthrough of a typical EPF statement, field by field
- 3. Explanation of employer contribution records and gaps
- 4. Completing your personal document checklist
- 5. Open questions from attendees
Personal Records Organisation Programme
A guided programme in which a coordinator helps you build one clearly indexed file of employer records, contribution statements, identity documents, and correspondence — stored in the format you choose, on paper or in your own cloud folder. The work is clerical and organisational. The programme runs across four appointments over six weeks and concludes with a written summary of what is in the file, what is missing, and where such records are usually requested from.
- Four appointments scheduled over six weeks
- File structure, index sheet, and naming convention provided
- Paper or digital — client chooses the format
- Written gap summary at programme conclusion
- No advice on entitlements — clerical only
- 1. Appointment 1: Inventory of all documents currently held
- 2. Appointment 2: Building the index and applying naming convention
- 3. Appointment 3: Identifying gaps and sources for missing records
- 4. Appointment 4: Final file review and written summary
Records Coordination and Referral Support
An extended engagement for families managing a long paper trail across several employers or decades. Covers building a master register of documents, keeping a dated log of every letter sent and received, maintaining a submission calendar, and preparing a neutral summary sheet that can be handed to any qualified professional. We do not correspond on your behalf and we do not advise on entitlements. A directory of registered practitioners in your state is provided.
- Master register of all documents across all employers
- Dated correspondence log (letters sent and received by you)
- Submission calendar for outstanding requests
- Neutral summary sheet for a qualified professional
- State-specific directory of registered practitioners
- 1. Full document inventory across all employment periods
- 2. Master register construction and gap identification
- 3. Correspondence log setup and submission calendar
- 4. Neutral summary sheet preparation
- 5. Practitioner directory handover and close-out

Protocols Across All Services
Personal Data Protection
Documents and personal information are used solely for the purposes of the engagement. We comply with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Scope Agreement Before Start
A written scope description is shared and agreed before any work begins. No work outside the agreed scope is undertaken without a revised agreement.
No Advice Boundary
No legal, financial, or entitlement advice is given at any stage. The boundary between information and advice is maintained throughout every engagement.
Written Outputs Every Time
Every service concludes with a written output — workbook, index, gap summary, or master register — so the value of the engagement survives well beyond the last appointment.
Clear Contact and Support
Questions during an engagement are directed to the assigned coordinator. Contact is by phone or email at office hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
Consistent Method
The same underlying method — inventory, identify, organise, document — is applied across all three services, regardless of the complexity of the engagement.
